Main facts about Astelin

Astelin (Azelastine), is an antihistamine recommended as a very first line therapy of moderate intermittent, moderate and severe periodic and mild relentless rhinitis. This medicine has actually been formulated both as a nasal spray and as eye drops. Just like many other antihistamines, it obstructs histamines from triggering allergic reactions in the client's body. This medication is used directly on the areas impacted by allergic reactions, allowing fast relief. Azelastine avoids sneezing, itching, runny nose, and other nasal signs of allergic reactions. This medication is for seasonal allergies in adults and kids who are at minimum 2 years old, and for year-round allergic reactions in grownups and kids as young as 6 months old.It is safe and well endured in both adults and kids with allergic rhinitis. As with any other medicine it might cause side results. Most typical negative effects consist of a bitter taste in the mouth, sleepiness, a burning sensation inside the nose, nose bleeds, sneezing fits, cough, runny nose, queasiness, muscle pains, dry mouth, headache, weight gain, or red eyes. In case any of these negative effects last or worsen, inform your doctor without delay.
